Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Áma.te Beauty & Esthetic LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer, or packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or the carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking information so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions only apply if the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist accordingly.
